Tips for performing better in anatomy (from toppers):
Ideal tips:

Attend
all classes and be regular in the dissection hall
Perform dissection yourself to get well oriented with the human body
Read the subject full and carefully
A combination of Snell's and Chauri works fine
Although Moore and Gray's anatomy may also be referred
Never miss the histology practicals and observe slides well
Histology can be read from Ross and Reith / Romrell
Langman's embryology is a good book.
Snell's/ Barr's neuroanatomy is fine. Memorise all spinal tracts.
Connections, nuclei & blood supply of brain are important.
Practical tips: Sirf pass hone ke liye...
Do not attend the demonstrations as they can be read from books.
For passing exams, read only Chauri and get it "marked".
Learn nerve supply and actions well.
For Histo. nothing else above I.B.Singh.
Attend all classes of important professors.
Else, get ready for getting what the skeleton is showing you. You may have a tough time with them in your grand viva
